Melissa Ayles shares more than 30 years of healthcare experience with Archbow clients. After spending ten years in clinical neurophysiology with patients in private and academic settings, Melissa turned her talents to the specialty pharmaceutical space, focusing on rare diseases. She has held leadership roles in operations and business development within specialty pharmacy, 501(c)(3) foundations, patient service hubs, and as an independent consultant.

Before joining Archbow, Melissa held business development and operations positions at Cardinal Health, AmerisourceBergen, PSI, ViroPharma, CDF, and Ivpcare.  Melissa has also worked with multiple organizations over the years to transform their businesses by implementing technology platforms, operational best practices, and driving new revenue growth. 

Melissa holds a BS in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA in Finance from Millsaps College. Melissa is very active in serving her community of almost 1,700 homes as the HOA President. She sings first soprano in her church choir and can usually be found on a pretty Texas night catching a local minor league baseball game and cheering for the Frisco RoughRiders.
