MELISSA AYLES

Melissa Ayles shares more than 30 years of healthcare experience with Archbow clients. After spending ten years in clinical neurophysiology with inpatients and outpatients in private and academic settings, Melissa turned her talents to the specialty pharmaceutical space, focusing on rare disease. She has held leadership roles in operations and business development within specialty pharmacy, 501(c)3 foundations, patient service hubs, and as an independent consultant.

Prior to joining Archbow, Melissa held business development and operations positions at Cardinal Health, AmerisourceBergen, PSI, ViroPharma, CDF and Ivpcare. Melissa has also worked with multiple organizations over the years to transform their businesses by implementing technology platforms, operational best practices, and driving new revenue growth. Melissa holds a B.S. in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Millsaps College.

She is the President of the neighborhood HOA servicing almost 1700 homes. She sings first soprano in her church choir and can usually be found on a pretty Texas night catching a local minor league baseball game and cheering for the Frisco RoughRiders.
