With nearly two decades of progressive experience in pharmacy operations, business analytics, and pharma account management, Kristy brings an unparalleled understanding of the intricacies involved in successful Specialty Pharmacy program launches and optimization. Her deep-rooted passion for cultivating strong customer relationships and delivering innovative solutions has been instrumental in driving impactful results. Kristy’s diverse background equips her with a unique perspective that allows her to identify critical opportunities and develop strategic approaches to address complex challenges within the pharmaceutical industry.

Kristy worked in progressive roles at Express Scripts companies before joining Archbow. She began her career at HealthBridge in Patient Assistance Program (PAP) pharmacy operations, followed by roles in Business Analysis and SP Reporting and Analytics, where she analyzed program data and trends to help manufacturers identify actionable steps to improve program performance. Most recently, Kristy was a Senior Account Director for Accredo and CuraScript SD, where she was responsible for managing pharma relationships, supporting SP/SD contract negotiations, and overseeing pharma programs to ensure success and strategic alignment.
