Kevin Iwanusa brings 11 years of experience in patient services, with a strong background in project management, operations, strategic account management, and program implementation. Throughout his career, he has promoted, designed, developed, and led HUB and patient assistance programs, guiding them through significant transformation as therapies advanced and the competitive landscape evolved.
Before joining Archbow, Kevin worked for Cencora Patient Services, leading implementation project teams, reimbursement HUBs, and patient assistance programs for high-volume and rare disease products. He focused on expanding client relationships by aligning with their strategic objectives. Throughout his tenure, he led high-performing teams dedicated to delivering outstanding, patient-centric results. Most recently, he was key to launching and operating multiple cell and gene therapy patient services programs, including fully integrated therapy orchestration solutions, seamlessly connecting all elements of the patient journey.
Kevin lives in Lancaster, SC, with his wife and two young sons. Outside work, he enjoys watching live sports and music, and stays active by playing and coaching lacrosse.
