TEAM ARCHBOW
HONORA GABRIEL
Honora Gabriel has spent nearly 25 years working with pharmaceutical manufacturers to design and operate patient access and support programs. At Archbow Consulting, she collaborates with manufacturers to design, evolve, and optimize patient support programs by aligning the prescription journey to the right support services across access, affordability, dispensing, adherence, and the broader customer experience. Her work focuses on identifying friction points in the access journey and helping organizations implement the operational, digital, and data-enabled capabilities needed to improve patient and provider experiences and strengthen program performance. Drawing on both operational leadership and consulting experience, she works closely with business and operational teams to ensure people, process, and technology are aligned to deliver the intended program outcomes.
Before joining Archbow, Honora held leadership roles at Lash Group, where she oversaw reimbursement hubs, patient assistance programs, manufacturer-sponsored copay programs, and foundation (501(c)(3)) partnerships. She worked across therapies with both medical and pharmacy benefit coverage and across patient populations, ranging from highly specialized rare-disease therapies to larger commercial programs. In these roles, she led cross-functional teams spanning client delivery, account management, operations, analytics, governance, quality, and enterprise technology. She also played a key role in transitioning programs to a new enterprise technology platform, providing her with deep operational insight into the systems, workflows, and data infrastructure that support effective patient access and support programs.
Honora holds a degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College. She has been recognized with the Charlotte Business Journal Women in Business Award and the Mecklenburg Times 50 Most Influential Women in Charlotte Award. Outside of work, Honora enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years, their three dogs, their extended family, traveling, and relaxing in her backyard. In recent years, she has also experienced the healthcare system from a deeply personal perspective while supporting her brother through his brain cancer journey, strengthening her commitment to improving how patients and families access care and support.
