Emily Finneran brings over seven years of hands-on patient services and case management expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Rare Disease Patient Support Manager, she has worked closely with hundreds of patients to overcome access and affordability barriers. Today, she utilizes that direct experience to ensure the patient journey is operationally efficient and customer-friendly.

Before joining Archbow, Emily started her career as an Intake Coordinator at Shire Pharmaceutical’s patient services HUB, One Path, supporting patients with rare diseases. She continued to work for Shire as a Patient Support Manager for Hypoparathyroidism, working to both onboard and maintain patients on Natpara. Following the merger of Shire and Takeda in 2019, Emily worked as a Senior Patient Support Manager within the Primary Immunodeficiency therapeutic class, supporting patients on Takeda’s various immunoglobulin therapies.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a minor in Africana Studies from Union College in Schenectady, NY. Emily currently lives in Boston with her boyfriend, Teddy. If she isn’t at a Bruins or a Red Sox game, you can often find her exploring coastal New England or spending time with her family dogs, Rosie and Fred.
