Michelle’s dedication to operational excellence and client satisfaction was evident during her tenure at McKesson Specialty Health, where she spent over a decade excelling in Third-Party Logistics, ultimately serving as a Senior Client Specialist/Program Manager. Her leadership in developing strategic SOPs resulted in a 70% reduction in operational errors, and she successfully launched and managed high-profile pharmaceutical products while enhancing critical 3PL operations and customer service processes.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University and is deeply committed to her professional and community advocacy. She represents Archbow Consulting on the Healthy Inclusion Council for Omnicom Health Group, where she promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace, particularly for individuals from diverse backgrounds and those with disabilities. Additionally, she supports local initiatives through her church’s college and career programs. She also volunteers her time for her region’s parks and recreation committee to assist in organizing the county’s annual Juneteenth Festival.
