Tony Wood brings more than 20 years of specialty pharmacy and pharmaceutical trade relations expertise to Archbow Consulting. Throughout his career, he has operated at the critical intersection of manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, PBMs, wholesalers, and GPOs—the ecosystem where contracting, distribution, and access strategy determine success. His practical, relationship-driven approach provides clients with strategic insights on network structuring, trade agreement finalization, and channel-based launch and access execution.

Before joining Archbow, Tony served as a specialty pharmacy advisor at Vesper Consulting, supporting stakeholders across the specialty pharmacy ecosystem. He held the position of Associate Director at Sandoz, where he managed specialty distributor relationships and manufacturer-side commercialization strategy. Earlier in his career, Tony led specialty pharmacy initiatives at Lumicera Health Services, the specialty pharmacy subsidiary of Navitus Health Solutions, including trade relations, contracting, launch support, and program oversight. Tony holds an MBA, enabling him to oversee complex client projects with analytical rigor and strategic depth, translating operational expertise into enterprise-level solutions.
