Tina Gafford is a strategic healthcare leader with 31 years of clinical experience and 18 years guiding complex operations across hospital systems, patient support pharmacy programs, and life sciences services. She has built her career around improving how patients connect to care, bringing a dual lens of clinical depth and operational clarity to every engagement.

Early in her career, Tina developed and copyrighted a patient-specific appointment and education tool for open-heart surgical patients. This experience sparked her passion for shaping care delivery at a systems level. That passion carried into leadership roles across diverse clinical settings, as well as oversight of national clinical and call center operations at Lash Group, where she partnered across commercial, market access, field, and compliance teams. At Archbow, Tina helps life sciences organizations build and refine patient support programs that improve access, affordability, and engagement, ensuring solutions are both meaningful for patients and operationally practical. In each role, she has been driven by the same commitment: designing processes that support patients, providers, and the teams performing the work.
