SARA SCHARDEIN
With 16 years of progressive experience in marketing and business development—including a decade specializing in the pharmaceutical industry—Sara brings deep expertise in patient services and market access to her role at Archbow Consulting. Her core marketing acumen, combined with a steadfast commitment to patient outcomes, enables her to craft strategic solutions that exceed client expectations and address evolving market demands. Sara’s ability to connect patient-centric insights with operational excellence ensures that Archbow delivers innovative, impactful strategies that drive real results.
Before joining Archbow, Sara held progressive roles at McKesson, where she led mission-critical initiatives, including reimbursement Hub programs, patient assistance programs, and manufacturer-sponsored copay solutions, while managing complex client relationships. She spearheaded efforts to optimize time-to-fill and adherence rates, establishing and implementing best practices that elevated performance across specialty pharmaceutical clients. Sara also led CoverMyMeds’ RFP project management efforts, orchestrating strategic proposal development and execution, resulting in the acquisition and retention of significant business relationships. Before McKesson, she spent over five years at General Growth Properties, where she leveraged her marketing and business development expertise to drive commercial real estate expansion and growth initiatives.
Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Bellarmine University. She resides in Kentucky with her husband Sam and their two daughters. Outside of work, Sara is passionate about maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoys traveling with her family. She is a certified personal trainer and believes in leading by example when it comes to wellness and balanced living.
