JUSTINE (HUGHES) KESSLER

Justine (Hughes) Kessler is a strategic leader with nearly 20 years of pharmaceutical patient services expertise, bringing deep insights into patient-centric program development that has transformed how organizations approach healthcare access and patient outcomes. Justine drives enterprise strategy and operational excellence across complex ecosystems, partnering with Archbow clients to design, implement, and transform patient services solutions. She orchestrates transformational program initiatives spanning strategy, digital innovation, data intelligence, and launch execution through to ecosystem optimization. Her distinctive blend of strategic vision and operational excellence ensures measurable impact, precisely calibrated to brand imperatives and evolving patient needs.

Before joining Archbow, Justine held leadership roles at UBC: An Express Scripts Company, where she led a comprehensive specialty program encompassing 24/7 call center support, clinical case managers, HUB enrollment, and in-home injection training support.  Earlier in her career at AccessMED/US Oncology/McKesson Specialty, she managed reimbursement and patient support initiatives across oncology and virology, overseeing complex program models. 

Justine earned her BS in Child and Family Development from Missouri State University. Justine lives in Olathe, KS, with her husband, three children, and Great Pyrenees. When not driving to practices and games, her family enjoys outdoor adventures, puzzles, and quality time together.
