Chrissy Harvey brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare operations and market access leadership to Archbow and its clients. She specializes in patient services and telehealth enablement, helping manufacturers expand access, improve adherence, and deliver measurable outcomes. Her work focuses on designing scalable systems, identifying optimization opportunities, and developing KPI-driven performance models to strengthen patient engagement and support services.

Chrissy’s career spans leadership roles in patient experience, healthcare operations, training and curriculum development, and consulting. Most recently, she served as Director of Patient Experience & Market Access at UpScript, where she led partner onboarding, launched direct-to-patient and direct-to-consumer telehealth programs, and optimized CRM systems to improve outcomes and retention. Previously, she owned a healthcare consulting practice, partnering with mental health and digital therapeutics organizations to scale value-based care models and strengthen payer and provider partnerships.

Chrissy earned a Master of Science in Forensic Sciences from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (Go Big Red!). She currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with her two rescue dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and turning her house into a plant wonderland. Chrissy is an avid football and baseball fan and is on a mission to visit every Major League Baseball stadium.
