Surbhi Gupta is a project-focused leader with over 12 years of experience delivering market research and competitive intelligence programs for the healthcare and life sciences industries. She specialises in managing complex, time-sensitive projects from start to finish—defining scope, building workstreams, managing resources and vendors, and setting SLAs and KPIs to ensure accurate, actionable insights on schedule. Her approach combines strong planning, clear communication, and practical solutions that drive faster and higher-quality outcomes.

Surbhi’s career spans both research and delivery leadership. She began her career in pharmaceutical R&D at Tirupati Medicare, where she gained a strong scientific foundation before moving into project and operations management roles at Norstella, WNS, and Netscribes. Over the years, she has led cross-functional teams, streamlined delivery operations, and enhanced performance across global client portfolios. Her experience includes integrating healthcare databases into unified workflows, implementing agile methodologies, and leveraging GenAI automation to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from Punjab Technical University and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree (with a Gold Medal) from Kurukshetra University.Based in Mumbai, India, Surbhi lives with her husband and their young daughter. She enjoys cooking new varieties, is an avid reader, and loves rainy afternoons and quiet moments with a good book.
