CHRISSY HARVEY
Chrissy Harvey brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare operations and market access leadership to Archbow and its clients. She specializes in patient services, telehealth enablement, and specialty channel partnerships, helping manufacturers and payer organizations expand access, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable outcomes. Chrissy is passionate about designing scalable systems, identifying areas of optimization, and developing KPI-driven performance models that enhance patient engagement, adherence, and support services.
Chrissy’s career includes leadership roles in patient experience, healthcare operations, and consulting. Most recently, she served as Director of Patient Experience & Market Access at UpScript, where she led partner onboarding, launched telehealth performance dashboards, and optimized CRM systems to improve patient outcomes and retention. Before that, she owned a healthcare consulting practice, partnering with clients in mental health and digital therapeutics to scale value-based care models and optimize payer and provider partnerships.
Chrissy earned her Master of Science in Forensic Sciences from Nebraska Wesleyan University and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (Go Big Red!). She currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with her two dogs, Raego (a Lab/American Pit Bull mix) and Phoebe (an American Bully/Staffy mix). In her free time, she enjoys cheering for the Huskers, watching baseball, reading, traveling, and gardening.
